Connect Team

Greeting Team - Greeters welcome our guests and answer questions and assist guests with ministry locations.

Ushers - Assist with seating, receiving the offering, and hand out worship guides at all entrances of the church.

Parking Team - Greet guests as they arrive and assist with parking/questions.

FBB Kids

All those who volunteer to help with Kids or Students must undergo a background test.

FBB Kids Check-in - Greet families and assist with checking kids in to our children's area.

Teacher - Teachers are committed to a particular age group and lead Bible Study and help guide the kids from one activity to another. Our Bible Study teachers are vitally important and are held to a high spiritual and moral standard. Our Teachers care for teaching the Kids from the Bible, leading them through Scripture Memory, and caring for the spiritual needs of the kids and leading in the classroom.

Worker (non-teacher) - Assist with classroom management, etc.

Van Ministry - Riders and drivers for weekly activities.

FBB Students and College

All those who volunteer to help with Kids or Students must undergo a background test.

Life Group Teacher and Volunteer - Our Life Group teachers lead on Sunday Mornings leading Bible Study and answering questions that students may have. Our Life Group teachers are vitally important and are held to a high spiritual and moral standard. Teachers prepare a lesson each week using the biblical based curriculum that is provided and leading the students through appropriate discussion.

Wednesday Night Volunteer - Encourage and build relationships with our middle and high school aged students during our mid-week worship time. They will also help lead students in small group discussion during our mid-week service and assist in various events that take place throughout the year.

Worship Team - Our students and college leaders serve to lead the other students in a time of worship during our mid-week worship time. Our worship team is scheduled on a rotation and must attend worship practice and come prepared with the material that we will use to lead other. Our worship team is held to a high spiritual standard to lead the students well to worship our God. All worship team members must audition to join the worship ministry.

College and young Adult leader - Help lead and encourage our college aged students during our time of Bible Study each week, build relationships, and mobilize them with the gospel. Volunteers may occasionally be called upon to teach Bible Study or open up their home to host Bible Study for our young adults.

Media Ministries

Each of the areas below have some training involved. There is no previous experience necessary.

Worship Audio Mixer - Work to use the sound board to adequately mix the music in the worship service. Must have an ear for music. Volunteers in this ministry are vital to the effectiveness of our worship service and help create an atmosphere for worship in our services.

Camera Crew - Our camera crew works to use the fixed cameras to help present the service throughout our building and to assist with the streaming and recording of our services on various online platforms.

Words and Lighting Crew - Our words crew works with our presentation platform to cast the words for worship as well as sermon notes on the screens in the worship center. The Words Crew is also in charge of changing lighting scenes during the service.

Social Media Team - Our social media team is in charge of taking pictures during the service using the church camera or a personal camera for the purpose of sharing those images on our various social media platforms.
